1. About these Terms
These Terms set out the conditions for using the mobile games and related services provided by KOGAMES (“we”, the “Services”). By installing or playing our games, you agree to these Terms.
2. Changes
We may update these Terms where permitted by law. We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days if the change is unfavorable to you).
3. The Services
We aim to run the Services around the clock, but they may be paused for maintenance, updates or technical issues. We may change game content or end a game for operational reasons, and will give at least 30 days' notice in the game or on this website before ending a game.
4. In-app purchases and refunds
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's policies. Unused paid items may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Items that have been used, or that take effect immediately, may not be refundable where the law allows. You can request a refund through Google Play or by emailing us.
5. Fair play
Do not hack, exploit bugs, use unauthorized programs, trade accounts or otherwise interfere with the Services. If you do, we may restrict your access or remove items obtained this way.
6. Game data
Progress that is not linked to a Google account is stored only on your device and may be lost if you delete the app or change devices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, by your own fault, or by outages of third-party services such as Google. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
