Privacy Policy
KOGAMES (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have when you use our mobile games — Star Miner: Idle Mining Galaxy, GunGon: Idle Knight and Wormball: Grow an Asteroid — and this website (together, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Our games do not require you to create an account. We only handle the minimum information needed to run the Services.

2. How we use information
- To identify your player account and save or restore your game progress (cloud save, continuing on a new device)
- To provide the games and deliver in-app purchases
- To fix bugs, keep the games stable and improve them
- To show ads in ad-supported games
- To answer your questions and send important notices
3. Google user data
Our games use Google Sign-In / Google Play Games Services. When you sign in:
- What we access: only your basic profile — account ID, name, email address and profile picture. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive files, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google account data.
- How we use it: solely to identify your player account and to save and restore your game progress.
- Sharing: we do not sell Google user data and do not share it with third parties, except where required by law. We never use or transfer it for advertising, credit assessment or any purpose unrelated to the above.
- Storage and deletion: we keep it only to link your game data, and delete it promptly when you ask us to. You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
KOGAMES' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Retention
We delete personal information once it is no longer needed for the purposes above, or when you ask us to. Where the law requires us to keep certain records, we keep them for the required period — for example, purchase and payment records for 5 years and records of consumer complaints for 3 years under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and access logs for 3 months under the Korean Protection of Communications Secrets Act. Game data with no activity for more than one year may be deleted after notice.
5. Third-party services and international transfers
We do not sell your personal information. To run the Services we rely on the providers below, which may process data on servers outside your country (for example, in the United States) under their own privacy policies.

Information is transferred over the network when you use the Services. If you do not want this, you can stop using the app and ask us to delete your data.
6. How we delete data
When data is no longer needed, we delete it promptly in a way that cannot be restored. Electronic files are permanently erased, and any printed material is shredded.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Japan's APPI and Korea's PIPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email us with the game name and your request. We will verify the request and respond without undue delay — usually within 10 days, and always within the period required by law.
- Delete your account and data: email spicerpon@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the game name.
- Opt out of personalized ads: on Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID.
- Disconnect Google Sign-In: myaccount.google.com/permissions
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Children
Our games are rated for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country, such as 14 in Korea or 16 in some EU countries) without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have, we will delete it right away. Parents can contact us to review or delete their child's information.
9. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), minimal access rights and trusted cloud providers.

11. Changes to this policy
